The Palisades is locally owned and operated.
It was founded by three families from Saskatoon,
who saw the need for senior care in our community.
They consider it a privilege to provide this valuable service.
They are dedicated to treating their staff with respect and fairness,
and to providing excellent care and to the residents of The Palisades.
All Supervisors and Staff are accountable
to the General Manager.
who oversees the overall operations
and day to day running of all departments.
Our Support Services Supervisor
oversees the Physical, Emotional, and Social well-being
of our ICH and Enriched Living Residents.
When resident’s needs exceed the care that we provide,
she facilitates the Continuum of Care
by working together with Residents, Families and Healthcare Providers
to assure appropriate care is obtained
or, if necessary, working together with Residents and Families
to facilitate a move to a facility that can provide the level of care required
for the Health and Safety of the Resident.
Our Activities Worker works
under the direction of the Support Services Supervisor to
Plan and Implement Activities and Excursions for our Residents.
These activities include such things as
Birthday Parties, Bingo, In-Motion Exercises, Movie Nights.
